In collaboration with INSECT RESPECT, recozit products will now contain not only the warning notice but also useful information about insects and extensive preventative tips. The goal is for users to protect themselves against insects preventatively, to reduce the need for pest control.

“Never trust a pest control product that doesn’t warn against using it” says German Vordenkerpreis and Swiss Ethics Prize winner Dr. Hans-Dietrich Reckhaus. Are insects more beneficial or harmful? What role do they play in the world? What are the effects of climate change: Will the number of insects continue to decrease?

Since 2019, INSECT RESPECT has compensated for insecticide-free products from the recozit product range. Insect loss caused by using the products is compensated for in advance – through the targeted creation of insect-friendly habitats.
