We want to make the world a little bit more empathetic and sustainable. We base our work on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. We consciously place ecological and social concerns before economic ones. We are driven by social design, and by the principle of doing as much meaningful work as possible.
The economic approach taken by western countries in recent decades has greatly improved our standard of living. Charity, democracy, freedom and peace have also grown in large part thanks to this way of doing business.
In the 2020s, we in western Europe feel comfortable: stable political conditions, good health and school systems, and full employment. Things have been on an uphill course practically since the start of industrialization in the 19th century.
